Cannot add sphinx-contrib as project maintainer on PyPI #6

"User 'sphinx-contrib' does not have a verified primary email address and cannot be added as a Maintainer for project"

Mostly for completeness sake (and hey, I could suddenly disappear or worse, leaving the project orphaned) that I wish to add another owner/maintainer to the PyPI package...

That should be done now. I really need to finish work on adding organizations to GitHub...
