I don't know if you still do maintain this package. I need to get the parameters after the docstring was parsed. I did something between DocstringParam or DocstringMeta. Don't mind if refuses the pull, I just need something like rally.common.plugin.info.parse_docstring. It is working but I can't afford to mantain a fork.
