🚚 Replace old repo links with the new ones in the source code #11

In the light of #5, we need to track down all of the references to https://github.com/sphinx-contrib/towncrier and replace them with https://github.com/sphinx-contrib/sphinxcontrib-towncrier.

Also, change the dist name in setup.cfg to to sphinxcontrib-towncrier.
