With the last commit to master in 2016, it looks like this project is no longer maintained by @Robpol86.

Does anyone know of alternatives addressing the versioning of sphinx-docs outside of readthedocs?
@Robpol86 - would you be willing to pass the project on?
Is there anyone who would be willing to take over, either passed on or as sphinxcontrib-versioning-ng?

@ntouran I think only @TimKam or @dhellmann can do that.

I volunteer to help with code review and PR integrations if they need help.

I will close this issue now, as we are presumably capable of maintaining the project. Feel free to politely bug me if things are not moving forward as quickly as they should, or if you are considering becoming a co-maintainer.

Hi @TimKam thank you for your input. Have tried to run this extension with Sphinx >= 2.0 ? it seems like it has compatibility issues which must to be fixed.
