With the latest release as of this writing (0.7.15), the text "false" appears under the logo when the logo_name setting isn't set.

Here's what it looks like in marshmallow's docs:

The workaround here was to add "logo_name": None in docs/conf.py. see https://github.com/marshmallow-code/marshmallow/pull/2221

Fixed in 39cbbc1b614876118ce1d3209b04ea0c642033b5; released as https://pypi.org/project/alabaster/0.7.16/.
