I added all language code which is translated in Transifex sphinx project. :saudi_arabia: :es: :cn: :fr: :de: :it: :kr: :poland: :ru: :serbia: Because it it very important to backup the po files which translators created. I also added the RTD projects (which is setting for each language).

  1. Could you check and merge this PR?
  2. Could you add connections to each RTD project from sphinx official RTD project which is written in README? (:warning: Be carful for RTD project name for Russian !)

Thank you for adding for RTD auth. I'll do 2 by myself.

Now I added each language repository in Sphinx. There is not a language code "sr-rs" so I will make PR to readthedocs.org. However, this problem does not affect this CI. If there is no problem with the change, please merge it.
