Compress resource if :download: role refers to folder #1100

If resource refferede in :download: role is a folder, it could be automaticaly compressed to zpi file. Now if resource is a folder, we have got warning during the build.

Actually I've got working sollution (https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!topic/sphinx-users/5R6wB09IMrE)

This enhancement requires change in three files:

environment.py (BuildEnvironment.process_downloads())
builders/html.py (StandaloneHTMLBuilder.copy_download_files())
writers/html.py (HTMLTranslator.visit_download_reference())
