sphinx-build does not detect the changes of message catalogs (.mo) files #830

I found sphinx-build does not detect the changes of message catalogs (.mo) files, if I modify message catalogs after building HTMLs, I cannot build HTML with newest translation (sphinx says "no targets are out of date.")

I want sphinx-build checks timestamp of message catalogs files.
