3 years ago I should note: "PyData Sphinx Theme" was removed here, but that is not because it is "not-good-for-reuse", but rather the Sphinx pre-release-related failures were blocking the merge. 😅
Either due to being exceedingly tied to an organisation, or due to not being meaningfully different from an existing theme.
