Hello, I am new in this field. I am writing to enquire about a problem that I got while I was following each step of workflow and I am stuck in the step of constructing NJ-tree:

treeNJ <- NJ(dm)

Error in nj(x) : cannot allocate memory block of size 134217728 Tb

could someone advise me how to solve this, please?

You do not provide details on your data, but I am suspected it is too large for the tree building step to be done within R, we use outside utilities when this happens, for instance RaxML, FastTree, Phyml are all programs we use for large problems. Best wishes Susan
