I don't understand any of this, especially what "spicetify backup apply" is, I got the issue and I don't know whether "spicetify backup apply" is an app, a website, or anything. Please help.

@H1roDarling it is a command spicetify backup apply, since Spicetify is a CLI (Command Line Interface). Please refer to https://spicetify.app/ if you have more doubts regarding the functioning of Spicetify.

Uninstall spotify and spotify completely, and then reinstall them.

I'm very late, but this just happened to me.

I didn't have to uninstall and reinstall Spotify. Instead, I restored backup copy I made of Spotify's contents, reloaded and the errors went away.

can you elaborate on this? i have this issue now and i cant seem to fix it no matter what version i install or how many times i re-install
