Fatal missing user.css file #599

After the new Spotify update, when running Spicetify backup apply, it gives this error AppData\Roaming\Spotify\Apps\zlink\css\user.css: The system cannot find the path specified. I have tried reinstalling Spotify already.

If I manually create the user.css file and then apply it just gives a black screen when spotify is open
