Implement a Tree-Person leader #20

This PR aims to implement a Tree-Person leader with passive skills.

Currently, the list is:

  1. Generic 4 (Tree-Person)
    • [x] Nature Summon (Spawns a treant at intervals of 6s)
    • [ ] Root (Randomly root an enemy at intervals of 8s in a radius of ?)

We should do each leader as a separate PR. So please rename this PR “Implement Trees-person” and make new PRs like that for the other ones when they’re ready 🙂
