Rx Dose for XiO plans #78

The absolute dose matrix in XiO RTDOSE files can be calculated by taking the
pixel data of the dose cube (which typically has a range approximately 0-1e6
corresponding to 0-100%) and multiplying it by the RTDOSE's DICOM field
(3004,000E) Dose Grid Scaling as described in
ftp://medical.nema.org/medical/dicom/final/cp221_ft.pdf. Would it be possible
to implement this? Perhaps some of the other software that currently requires
Rx Dose to be input manually also uses the same field for scaling.

Thanks for making a very clean and useful piece of software!

The next version will support Rx Dose that is derived from the fractionation
information within an RT Plan file. So far, this has covered all of the cases
that I have encountered where the Rx Dose is not present.

I think your suggestion is a good one to fall back when an RT Plan is either
not available or does not contain fractionation information.

Thanks for the kind comments about dicompyler Dan!
