Plugin doesn't work with MantisBT 1.3.x #1

MantisBT 1.3.x RC release is out and stable release should be out soon. It would be great if this plugin has is updated to work with 1.3.x. We often keep a branch that supports 1.2.x and change master to support the latest or the other way around.

Could you mention the exact error message or an effect it has when executed in 1.3.x?
