Fixes for plugin to work with MantisBT v1.3.x

• Upgrade MantisBT core dependency to 1.3.0
• Adjust to status colors being css styles and use corresponding APIs.
• Use jQuery and jQuery UI bundled with MantisBT v1.3.x.
• Move trello.js to files folder.
