Will this software continue to be maintained and updated.If so, when will a new version be released.

+1. We want to use d3-flame-graph in a project in our institution (as it's a lightweight and GPL-friendly JavaScript alternative to the Brendan Gregg's SVG flame graph generator) and the lack of maintenance of this repo is worrying.
