Support PC Speaker #10

PC Speaker is the funniest thing ever. It would be nice to support playing music with it. This is not trivial though, not sure if it's possible to communicate with audio devices directly from shell scripts.

Unfortunately, I don't have access to PC Speaker on my machine, so this needs to wait until I find some PC that I can test on.
