Fix error message typo 'county' -> 'country' #275

Hello, found this small typo while deploying SPIRE using the Terraform helm_release resource while testing on Minikube.

Since this is a typo fix, I didn't see a major need for strict https://github.com/spiffe/helm-charts-hardened/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md measures, but please let me know if there's anything else I need to do for this to get merged.

Followed the rebase HEAD~1 instructions from the local clone of my fork and ran the recommended push command. Let me know if that doesn't resolve!
