Support docker image #21

I think it would be useful to run SPIFFE Helper as a sidecar of Kubernetes pod to manage SVID. And I think that the image should be published as one of official images as below: https://console.cloud.google.com/gcr/images/spiffe-io

Give me feedback. If it is OK, I will create a PR.
