Say it's spiffe helper who's logging #24

When seeing logs from spiffe helper and a daemon process, it is advantageous to be able to tell who is who.

Hi @blaggacao. Thanks for submitting and sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Rather than manually adding spiffe-helper to each log i think its better to use a structured logging package that allow that to be set once. What do you think? Created https://github.com/spiffe/spiffe-helper/issues/31 in response.
