Add info about Helm chart, Docker images, & Windows to "Getting SPIRE" #274

The "Getting SPIRE" page at https://spiffe.io/docs/latest/deploying/using_spire/ should be updated to mention the Helm chart, Windows distribution, and SPIRE Docker images.
