For launch, refactor flight search #12

Cities can only be selected, and only one at a time. Flight prices will not show up on the front page. When a city is selected, an Ajaxy thing will check for prices on flights. The link goes straight to Vayama in a new window.

For now, it should show the lowest price, and clicking it will redirect the user directly to Vayama in a new window.

A link to hotels should not include prices, but simply open a new window with the link to EasyToBook.

This might be changed to asynchronous and immediate search for 1.1.

Can't link directly to Vayama. Must list flights.
