This will allow a random user, to periodically scare you in different ways while you are playing an already scary game. The scares will be things like dropping a small box on you, buzzing a vibration motor, tapping you on the should, etc. The scares might not seem scary in and of themselves, but when distracted by playing a game (especially a scary one) they end up being hilariously effective.
