Posting an issue #1

Here are basic rules to follow when posting an issue:

  1. No insults of any kind. Tickets containing harsh comments will be answered much later (or never)
  2. Write a short and clear ticket title (exemple: Bug with the key feature)
  3. Use the appropriate label(s). Using labels help others to quickly know what the ticket will be about
  4. Keep it simple. Don't write an entire scenario to describe the issue as it will be much more complicated to clearly know what is the real issue
  5. Give a good explanation of your issue. For example, if it's a bug, describe the situation in which you encounter the bug
  6. Don't hesitate the post screenshots of your issue, especially if you get errors in the console as I will need them to understand what's wrong
  7. Read back your ticket. Please be respectful with those who have to read and understand what you're talking about and take the time to check for mistakes in your text
