Allow users to buy/sell/trade "stocks" with Spike Bucks based on certain factors, like...

• Real life stocks
• Server statistics (messages per day, etc.)
• Development statistics (commits per week, etc.)

Really seems like too much for the server at this time. We can revisit later if this seems like something users want to see.
