Help menu improvements

The current $help menu is a novella.

• $help displays a list of plugins, authors, and the appropriate below command
• $help plugin name-of-plugin-lowercase-hyphenated displays the command list like $help does now
• $help command retains current functionality

Perhaps instead of automatically generating a slug of sorts from the name and trying to work backwards, we can add a new field to plugins to define said slug. That way they can also be simpler.
