Removed the Makefile from the gitignore to make future changes easier (if needed)
Added a cleaning scipt (which is similar to the makefile) [Moved to Makefile]
Put the above file in a scripts directory [Makefile moved to root directory]
Modified the package.json to make the scripts accessible
Changed the name of bot.js to main.js (for clarity)
Expected behavior
npm run update -> updates the project
npm run clean -> overwrites changes with current spike version
npm run start -> starts the bot (requires a .env with the token)
npm run testing -> starts Simone (requires a .env.testing with the token
npm run resetTesting -> resets back to Spike settings for commit
