The following fields are missing from CoataGlue-ingested records (and need to be added manually in order to push them along the metadata review process):

Type (dataset)
Keyword
Retention period
extent or quantity (files and formats)

I've now added automatic content for type, keyword and extent/quantity.

For now, retention period will have to be done in the review workflow.
