We can easily get notes with Sankaku, so we should add this immediately...

Mostly done now, it can parse, save, and display notes. Only missing:

Get note ids when loading a post from DB
Get all note contents even when it contains HTML tags. Full support not needed, but currently it cuts the text after a <br> tag, which just isn't good enough for preliminary support...
