Support rotation in viewer #44

Rotation should be done in the viewer instead of the readers. This allows us to do the rotation code in one place, and it will make it possible to allow the user to rotate the image, which is sometimes desirable.

It rotates the wrong way if the image is mirrored manually, but it is now good enough for this issue/milestone.
