Request: Slope angle painting option #43

A new angle painting tool where you maybe type in the angle of the slope and the tool paints it in that angle until released or until it hits the base level ground. Not super needed since the other tool does a very good job at painting slopes as is, but if you want to make a road for example this would be a killer way to do it. Or even rivers and water falls.
