Feature Request: Independent Workspace switching #80

All monitors switching workspace at once can be disorienting in cases where a complete context switch is not required. (e.g. each monitor holds a separate context, each workspace holds a separate aspect of that context)

Would it be possible to optionally limit the workspace switching to the monitor holding the current focus?
