We are starting to use the SOP across sites (eg MGH), so now would be a good time to start uploading a version of the actual EXAR and PDF so we can keep track of what data are acquired and with what version of the protocols

Update: these have been uploaded as subjects have been scanned. The next thing to do is make sure everything is accounted for.
