After the update of the readme in neuropoly/spinalcordtoolbox by this PR https://github.com/neuropoly/spinalcordtoolbox/pull/2118 the documentation is a lot clearer in my opinion (it links the user to the appropriate repo).
Just added a small note advising the user to restart his/her computer at some point.
