Minimize maintenance on README upon new version #19

In case there is a new version uploaded on DockerHub, currently, the README has to be manually updated. This creates last-minute stress like this one: https://github.com/neuropoly/sct_docker/pull/18

@zougloub Is there a way to remove that maintenance load?
