Doc how to increase the amount of RAM allocated for the Docker VM in Docker Toolbox #7

By default, the Docker Toolbox VM has 1GB of RAM allocated, which can cause problems when the SCT is run. Proposal: increase RAM to 2GB in the VM. (I have tested this value and it has worked correctly)
