Difference bewteen derivatives `labels` and `labels-disc` not clear #95

Description

In the derivatives, we can find files with labels-manual and some other with labels-disc-manual. The difference bewteen the two files isn't specified in the dataset.

Suggestion

Add a README in the derivatives folder to specify what each derivatives represent.
