GE: DWI: Create a protocol with FOCUS that matches the recently-updated non-FOCUS protocol #1

Our team would appreciate this as well. We are currently setting up this protocol at another GE site with the FOCUS license.

@kennethaweberii it would be great if you could generate the protocol and send it to me so I can add it to the repository.

You can download the latest versions of:

And in the "no-FOCUS" protocol, replace the "DWI" sequence by the one from the "GE_750_DO_NOT_USE" protocol.

I'm happy to assist and review the images afterwards. Thanks!
