Add auto-generated fields #26

I'm not specifically asking for accepting this specific request but I don't like to file an issue that sounds like "It would be a good idea if we can have auto generated fields in spine models" without showing that I care about the project. So I made just a couple of changes to the model generator.

If you like the general idea but there is something else to change (like the README) I would be glad to help. By the way, thank you very much for spinejs I'm completely crazy about it.

It's fair to say that after a month this will not be considered at all.
