Would it be alright to also take out the getting started script?

I was wondering about what to put in the place of that getting started stuff if anything...

My thinking on it is I'd rather not have to touch the index file, but if there were some content built into the skeleton app, in places where I would already be going in order to customize it, that could be helpful.
