Demo of T1 mapping - need help with inputs for DESPOT1 function in python? #26

Hi @spinicist! Emil Ljungberg pointed me toward QUIT and I'd like to use it for producing t1 maps from VFA data I have. I've started a demo notebook here, and I'm happy to contribute a demo notebook for beginners to help them use it for VFA, but I just need a bit more guidance re: the despot1 inputs and outputs in python. I've specified 3 questions here:
