What's the best way to get OTEL data from Spin apps in an AKS cluster? #28

Spin and SpinKube supports exporting OpenTelemetry data from the runtime and applications. What's the best way of doing this in AKS? Using Container Insights, Azure Monitor, Manage Grafana, other options?
