This adds documentation for installing SpinKube into Microk8s. It was tested on Akamai Edge Linode instances running 2 cores and 4G of memory.

Thanks to @kate-goldenring for providing a ton of help on this.

I can remove the quick copy things. I just noticed that they were used everywhere else in these docs, so I added them here.
