I've been testing website deploys on my fork and I'm seeing failures when pushing the app to cloud's registry (ECR). I see it intermittently when deploying locally from my box as well, though not all the time. My hunch is that the high number of layers (313 as of writing) may be leading to the error. (Contrast this with the fermyon.com and developer sites which have so many static assets that spin condenses them into archive layers to reduce the overall number substantially when pushing.) Will dig in more tomorrow...
