Add pipeline delete command #9

Add a pipeline delete command so that you can use roer to remove pipelines once you've saved them

This is useful because it allows me to use one interface when doing save and deletes without needing a second binary, and hopefully when config is implemented I would be able to remove my internal shell script wrapping roer
