add(LICENSE): fixes cabal install #1

I added the (MIT) LICENSE file in order to satisfy cabal install. It failed to build without it. Please let me know if it looks alright to you. Thanks!

I generated the file using cabal init and selecting MIT at the LICENSE step. :)
