[DOCS] Update the `Building a Server` documentation page #45

As was mentioned in the #44 , RR doesn't support custom plugins by copying the main.go file anymore. We need to update the related documentation page https://roadrunner.dev/docs/beep-beep-build with updated information on how to build a custom server.
