Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Add latest tag for spiralscout/roadrunner docker container

Describe the solution you'd like When developing, I have to use a container spiralscout/roadrunner inside my container with php, since roadrunner does not work without php. Now I have to write a version roadrunner in my container. But I want to always get the latest stable version when rebuilding containers. Thank you.

Hey @nohnaimer. Fair. The next release (2.3.0) and later most recent releases would have the latest tag.
