Added documentation #213

Added documentation to src/include files, and updated the documents in the docs directory, and updated the scripts to build both the documentation and tests.

I just committed changes to examples/verify/VerifyTransform.hpp and examples/rconv/RealConvolution.hpp so that FFTX builds now. Sorry for not checking this first.
